What's My Story???

I left a kush corporate job and all the securities that come with it to pursue a career where no two days are the same and a paycheck is never guaranteed. My work ethic and determination separate me from other real estate agents where my goal is to earn your business. I don't expect it. I want to earn it! All I need is the opportunity.

I'm unconventional in my thought process which leads to innovative marketing and more potential buyers through your door! My buyer clients have continually reaped the benefits of my successful negotiations, almost always starting their home ownership with instant equity in their new property. My clientele is diverse and have included investors, first-time homebuyers, sellers, FSBO's and the like. I have extensive experience in contract interpretation and put those skills to work for my clients. Give me a call/text/email and let me know how I can earn your business!

**For the boring, toned down biography you probably expected, keep reading below**

I am a Central Illinois native and resident of Bloomington, IL. Before venturing into Real Estate, I had been recognized by multiple corporate entities as a top producing salesperson, team leader, and innovative thinker. I currently hold several state licenses and continue to build industry acumen through continuing education, ongoing training and everyday life experiences. My success, I believe, can be traced to a strong work ethic, a personal expectation to get things right, and a burning desire to continue to personally and professionally grow.

As a husband to my lovely wife Kristi and a father of two (Caden, Avery), I am active in the lives of my family and community. Currently, I hold a position on my community HOA and coach baseball at Tri-Valley. In addition to those duties, I volunteer as a coach with Game-Time Gym and Eastview Christian Church’s Upward program. Since 2002, I have been  volunteering with multiple sporting activities, associations, and community organizations. Volunteering and contributing to my community is extremely rewarding and I feel that it is also my obligation when I am able to do so. I received my B.S. in Business Management at Webber International University and my passions and interests include family, DIY challenges, sports and technology.
